Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Thorius Education and Consulting Ltd. as data controller within the scope described below.

- Identity Data: First and last name
- Contact Data: Email address, phone number (optional)
- Customer Transaction Data: Course enrollment history, progress data
- Transaction Security Data: IP address, session information
- Financial Data: Payment information (processed by third-party providers)

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Creating membership and managing accounts
- Providing educational services
- Course enrollment, tracking, and certification processes
- Improving customer satisfaction and service quality
- Fulfilling legal obligations
- Marketing and promotional activities (with explicit consent)
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to technology providers we use (Supabase, Vercel, Resend), payment institutions, and authorized public authorities as required by law, within the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Your personal data is collected through membership forms, contact forms on the platform, and automatically during use. Processing is based on contract establishment and performance, legal obligations, legitimate interest, and explicit consent where applicable.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed
- To request information if your data has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
- To know third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- To request deletion or destruction of data under Article 7 of the KVKK
- To object to results against you arising solely from automated analysis
- To claim compensation for damages due to unlawful processing
