Distance Sales Agreement

Buyer: Natural or legal person purchasing digital training services through the Thorius Academy platform.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of digital training / course services ordered electronically by the Buyer on academy.thorius.com.tr.

3. Product / Service Information

The purchased service consists of online training packages including video lessons, digital materials, exams, and certificates. Essential characteristics are listed on the relevant course page. All prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include applicable taxes.

4. Payment and Delivery

• Payment is made by credit/debit card through a secure payment infrastructure.
• The digital service is delivered via access credentials sent to the Buyer's registered email after payment confirmation.
• Delivery time is within 24 hours at the latest from payment confirmation.

5. Right of Withdrawal

For digital content services, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from the contract date provided service performance (course/lesson access) has not begun. Withdrawal cannot be used once performance has begun with the Buyer's consent.

Withdrawal notice is sent by email to info@thorius.com.tr.

6. General Provisions

• The Buyer confirms having read and accepted the pre-information form and this agreement electronically before ordering.
• Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction in disputes.
• The Seller may temporarily suspend service for technical reasons; the Buyer will be informed.

7. Effectiveness

By completing payment on the platform, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this agreement.
